Our founder, Don Juan Bautista Gutiérrez He was always concerned that his business was based on high standards of personal ethics and responsibility.
It was Don Juan Bautista Gutiérrez who in 1920 started the first businesses that gave way to what is now known as CMI. He was always concerned that his business was based on high standards of personal ethics and responsibility.
Don Juanito himself applied these practices through a series of personal actions that sought to benefit the communities that witnessed his starting days as an entrepreneur, always preaching by example, always acting as a family, and treating everyone as he liked to be treated.
Over the years, the Corporation's businesses were created and expanded in several countries. Therefore, maintaining the principles that Don Juanito impregnated to our corporation, has been a challenge and a key purpose for the Corporation´s core to remain intact.
All employees of CMI, regardless of the job position or the working time in the corporation, carry out all actions freely and voluntarily, according to the following values:
Our corporate REIR
We fulfill our commitments and we are accountable for our actions.
We seek to be better every day and in everything we do.
We are consistent with the culture. We are CMI in all aspects of life.
