Campero USA, a solid plan for growth
By the end of 2022, Campero USA plans to celebrate the opening of its 100th restaurant, with a family of more than 2,500 employees. In 2021 alone, Campero served more than 18.2 million consumers in the United States and as part of its growth and expansion plan in this country, CMI plans an investment of US$180 million in infrastructure in the next three years, which means at least 80 new restaurants and more than 3 thousand new jobs. Campero USA is part of CMI Foods, one of the largest and most important food groups in the region, whose operations include wheat and corn flour mills, pasta and cookie production; poultry, pork, processed and sausage manufacturing industry; animal feed and restaurant industry, such as the Pollo Campero brand.
